We ship all around Germany for free if you do purchasing for more than 50 Euro. we also ship all around European Union if you purchased more than100 Euro. Shipping outside Europe you have to pay additional courier according to your time zone. you will receive an email after we dispatch the product. Of course Craft Mart can ship all around Germany for free of charge if you purchase for more than 50 Euro. we also ship all around European Union for free if you purchase for more than 100 Euro. Shipping also ship outside Europe but you have to pay additional courier according to your time zone but don’t worry it will not cost you too much as we are using the normal courier(post office) Craft Mart is not responsible for any additional customary/custom taxes that may apply to your package upon arrival in your country. Prior the package shipments we have complete all the necessary custom documents as required by the German Postal Office (Deutsche Post). We characterize all items as 'merchandise' and state the exact price of each item included on all customs/shipping forms. If any other documents required in your country please inform us in advance we will try our best to fulfill the requirements to make your shipment comfortable.
